Information for patients

Prescription:
Before the therapy can commence you will need a prescription for physiotherapy from your GP or medical specialist. Please bring this prescription with you to your first appointment.

Costs:
45 min therapy: 85€

In order to receive a part of the therapy costs reimbursed by your medical insurance company, the prescription must be authorised by the company’s chief medical officer.
There is a possibility that a further part of the costs will be refunded if you have supplementary insurance. 

After completion of the treatment you will receive an invoice from me, which should be paid within seven days. You can then submit this invoice with the chief medical officer’s authorisation to your medical insurance company and will be reimbursed according to the company’s tariff. Your insurance company can provide you with exact information about reimbursement on request.

If you not able to keep an appointment please inform me and cancel 24 hours in advance otherwise I will have to charge you 50% of the therapy costs since I am keeping this appointment especially reserved for you.

Commencement of therapy:
Please bring your prescription and any clinical reports (X-rays, MR, operation reports) as well as a large bath towel or sheet for the therapy couch with you to your first appointment.
